How do you inspire gynecologists to attend a 6:00 AM breakfast symposium? Our client Hologic approached JA with an ambitious concept for the daunting time slot—a self-guided, interactive program where attendees equipped with audio headsets visit different stations, choosing their own “learning adventure.”
Hologic’s suggestion was a big departure from the traditional speaker/audience symposia format. From this seed of an idea, we turned on our creative thinking and strategic planning skills and worked closely with the Hologic team to develop the theme, concepts, collateral and content.
Thanks to everyone’s hard work and meticulous planning, the program was a success. Attendees had the opportunity to explore 15 stations featuring real-world clinical topics ranging from performing in-office minimally invasive procedures to optimizing patient experience.
And of course, there was coffee and breakfast!
